Sometimes I have to restart my computer for PowerDVD to read discs. I use PowerDVD+ProcMon for ones that I cannot figure out. I'm not sure why you are getting an error with PowerDVD. I get it to work sometimes, but a lot of times I have to manually find the correct mpls.
